This September, Outbound Sedona partners with Merkin Vineyards for an evening of locally foraged mushrooms and Arizona wine. 

This ticketed dinner is an intimate exploration of terroir, a multi-course menu built around foraged ingredients sourced from local land, each paired with a wine selection to highlight the flavors of the season and the story of the soil they both came from.
