Tlaquepaque and BowWow Sedona are teaming up to help save local homeless animals at the Humane Society of Sedona by hosting the fourth annual Howl-o-Ween Costume Parade on Sunday, October 12th, from 10:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. starting at Tlaquepaque's Calle Independencia and finishing at Tlaquepaque North.
