As the sun begins to set over Sedona's iconic landscape, Huib Stroomberg, Master Sommelier, graduate of the Dutch Wine Academy, and internationally experienced wine educator, will guide you through a carefully curated tasting of 10 exceptional wines from both the Old and New World. 

Drawn from Eagle Dancer's private cellar, many of these wines are rare, highly allocated, or no longer readily available. 

Throughout the evening, Huib will share the stories behind each selection, introduce professional tasting techniques, and reveal the subtle art of food and wine pairing, offering a deeper appreciation for every glass. Complementing the tasting is a beautifully curated selection of artisan cheeses, charcuterie and accompaniments, thoughtfully chosen to enhance the character of each wine.
