Join us for an energizing day of ideas, insights, and inspiration where business leaders and entrepreneurs from across Arizona will come together to explore the future of work, technology, and hospitality. 

The program opens with a dynamic keynote from Chris Carlisle—author of Move or Die and former Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Seattle Seahawks, who will share how to build a culture of success grounded in discipline, leadership, and purpose.

Later, Sybil Francis, Ph. D., President and CEO of the Center for the Future of Arizona, will present The Arizona We Want - a vision shaped by the voices of Arizonians and built on seven shared values that define a prosperous, equitable future for our state.

Panel discussions will follow, featuring thought leaders from across industries:

• Investing in the Future: Sustainable Communities - Exploring how entrepreneurship, education, and housing intersect to drive resilience and opportunity statewide
• Future of Hospitality - Examining how innovation, technology, and authentic connection are reshaping the guest experience

From artificial intelligence and workforce transformation to sustainable growth and hospitality innovation, the Sedona Innovation Summit is designed to inspire action, spark collaboration, and prepare attendees - Arizona's entrepreneurs and leaders - for the challenges and opportunities of tomorrow.

The Summit will close with 2025 Sedona Innovation Award, sponsored by Untethered Aviation, announced live on stage. 

This award celebrates the many forms of innovation that shape Sedona's future - from creative problem-solving and bold business ideas to sustainable design and community impact. The Sedona Innovation Award honors those who push the boundaries, spark progress, and bring fresh thinking Sedona's evolving story.
